Privacy Policy

We built ClariFree to remove fog, not create it. Here is exactly what we collect, what we don't, and why.

The Mirror

  • Everything you enter into The Mirror — your income, expenses, savings, and debts — stays entirely on your device.
  • We use your browser's local storage (IndexedDB) to save your data between sessions. Nothing is ever sent to a server.
  • We have no access to your financial information. Not now, not ever.
  • If you clear your browser data, your Mirror data is cleared with it. There is no backup on our end because there is no data on our end.

Google Analytics (GA4)

  • We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit clarifree.in and which pages they spend time on.
  • This helps us understand what's working and improve the feel of the site over time — nothing more.
  • Google Analytics does not collect your financial information or anything you enter into The Mirror.
  • It collects anonymised data such as your general location (country level), device type, and pages visited. You are never personally identified.
  • If you prefer not to be tracked, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Tally Feedback Form

  • If you choose to share feedback through our Tally form, your response is collected and stored by Tally.
  • Sharing feedback is entirely optional. Nothing on ClariFree requires it.
  • We only see what you write in the form. We do not receive any other information about you.
